Do not install the adhesive pad except in the specific situations outlined below.
- Approved Mounting Surfaces – Flat, non-porous dashboards and windshields only. Lightly textured surfaces can hold, but medium/heavy textures or sloped areas are not permitted. In hot or high-UV climates, dashboard surfaces can exceed suction ratings and cause lifting—mounting directly to the windshield provides the most secure, heat-resistant installation. If grip weakens, clean the suction cup with mild dish soap and warm water, rinse, air dry, and reuse like new.
- Adhesive Pad Usage – The 3M pad is only approved for real leather or heavily textured dashboards. It must never be applied to smooth, soft-touch, or sloped surfaces. One-time use only: press firmly for 30–60 seconds, then allow 36–72 hrs curing before attaching the mount.
